Meet Pranas
Before launching GOtalent, Pranas took an unconventional career path:
- He worked as an IT manager,
- Spent 7 years as a truck driver across Europe,
- Then became the Director of Driver Management at a leading logistics company.

Today, as CEO of GOtalent, he helps companies across Europe recruit not just truck drivers, but also technicians, electricians, mechanics, and other skilled professionals – helping people start a new job and a new life in Europe.
What does “respect” mean to you in recruitment?
Pranas:
I believe respect is about treating everyone equally – communicating clearly, sharing accurate information, and working together openly toward a shared goal.
That’s where real trust begins.
Why is this important for companies today?
Pranas:
Because workers today don’t change jobs for money anymore. But they will leave if they feel disrespected.
When people feel seen, respected, and valued for their time and effort, they’re far more likely to stay and give their best.
It’s not always about the paycheck. It’s about how people are treated.
How does GOtalent apply this internally?
Pranas:
